- 300 g belog pilećeg mesa
- 50 g slanine
- 3 kuvana jajeta
- 50 g parmezana
- 3 kriške belog hleba ili tosta
- glavica zelene salate
- 1 kašika vorčester sosa
- 1 kašika senfa
- 100 ml maslinovog ulja
- 3 čena belog luka
- 20 g maslac
- biber
- 2 kašike soka limuna
Slaninu iseći na tanke parčiće a piletinu na kockice. Hlebu odseći korice i iseći na kocke. Sjediniti vorčester sos, senf i maslinovo ulje i umutiti dok se ne dobije glatka smesa. U to dodati 2 kašike soka od limuna i iseckani beli luk. Pobiberiti i po želji posoliti. Piletinu propržiti na ulju, a zatim i slaninu.
Na maslacu propržiti kockice hleba. U činiju složiti listove zelene salate, zatim složiti piletinu, kockike hleba, prženu slaninu, jaja isečena na kriške i preliti pripremljenim prelivom. Posuti narendanim parmezanom.
Caesar salad
The amazing meal salad and now you can make it at home as well!
Ingredients:
300g of white chicken meat
50g of bacon
3 hard boiled eggs
50g of parmesan
3 slices of white bread or toast
lettuce
1 tbs of Worcester sauce
1 tbs of mustard
100ml of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
20g of butter
pepper
2 tbs of lemon juice
Cut the bacon into tiny pieces and the chicken into cubes. Cut the crust off the bread and cut it into cubes as well. Combine the Worcester sauce, the mustard and the olive oil and mix until it all combines. Add two tbs of lemon juice and chopped garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry the chicken in a bit of oil, then the bacon.
Fry the bread cubes with butter. Arrange lettuce leaves in a bowl, then add the chicken, bread cubes, fried bacon, eggs which you previously cut into quarters and pour the dressing over it. Sprinkle some parmesan over it.
