Potrebno:
- 180 g brašna
- 1 kašičica praška za pecivo
- 1 kašičica šećera
- 200 ml mleka
- 1 jaje
- 20 g maslaca
U odgovarjuću posudu sjediniti brašno, prašak za pecivo i šećer. Dodati mleko, jaje i istopljeni maslac zatim mikserom umutiti. Zagrejati tiganj za palačinke i na površini rastopti malo maslaca. Sipati smesu u krug od 6-7cm zatim ih izložite toploti po minut sa obe strane.
